Some people's schedules may not allow time for a meal before class. Although we won't officially break for supper, participants may bring food with them.

"Draping", or using the top sheet to tuck and cover the massage recipient for modesty, will be taught and used in this class. Additionally, in this class everyone will be required to wear underpants.

Participants should be in reasonably good health. If you have doubts, ask. (Possible massage contraindications include such liver, kidney, spleen and circulatory problems as might be aggravated by increased circulation. )

Loaner massage tables must be returned at the Session V Body Drumming class.

This workshop is for individuals who want to share massage with family or friends. It is not intended as training to become licensed massage therapists.

If Tuesday evenings don't work for you, consider putting together your own group of six students and calling to arrange a different class schedule.
